I have set up
a new blog at symphonyofshadows-masks.blogspot.com.
This is mainly for sharing work-in-progress and things that inspire me.
24th October 2009 CE
I am pleased to announce that a picture of me wearing my
mask 'Medusa' - photo courtesy of Chris Dean - appears in a lush new book
on artists inspired by Marchesa Casati. The Marchesa Casati:
Portraits of a Muse, by the respected authors Scot Ryersson and
Michael Yaccarino, was released earlier this month and includes a little
bit about my own feelings of influence from the Marchesa's life and
style.
24th October 2009 CE
Please note that the fan-mask designs are no longer available to
commission. A new range of handheld 'insect & moth' masks is being
prepared, instead, and will be added to the Availability page of
this site in the near future.
